If you are one of the 3 or 4 people out there who are anxiously awaiting an update to my blog, I just wanted to give everyone an update and explain that I probably will not be doing much writing here in the near future. A combination of things have led to my current lack of interest in the blog, including:
- Mostly playing Elemental now because we have a lot of great healers and can’t fit them all in a 10 man raid
- Becoming the GM of my guild after the existing leadership left for various RL reasons, which is taking up most of my energy outside the game
- Having a real lack of things to add to the Resto Shaman discussion that are not being covered in more depth on other blogs
Because of the last reason, I’m confident that people will not suffer from a lack of Resto Shaman content on this site. When I started this blog, there were very few other active Shaman bloggers, but right now I’m just not feeling a huge need for content I can provide, and when I lack the time and energy to come up with something truly original to say, that’s when I know it’s time to take a break.
I don’t want to say I’ll never post again, so if you don’t mind inactive blogs in your feeds, keep me around. But I just wanted to explain my general absence from posting rather than silently fade into the background!
